Types of Cheese

There are so many types of cheese, I can't believe it! I have no idea how some people can just taste it and identify it! I only know like a couple :

Mozzarella

Parmesan

Blue Cheese

Goat Cheese

Provolone

Swiss

American

Pepper Jack

Cheddar 

That's all I can really think of! So, I've decided to study the cheeses for the next couple of days and see how many cheeses I'll know by the end of my study!
